Brighton Construction Schedule for the week of
December 22, 2025 to January 9, 2026

Below is the anticipated schedule of work from December 22 through January 9.

Brighton High School

Technology Suite:

• Flooring installation
• Ceiling installation
• Lighting installation
• Mechanical ductwork installation
• Shelving installation
• Tech hallway ceiling lights

Door 20 Addition:

• Subject to material arriving onsite, countertop and window jamb installation

Music Suite:

• Miscellaneous demolition
• Abatement

Athletic Fields and New Entry Lane:

• Shed demolition pending utility disconnection timelines
• Subject to material arrival, there will be placement and installation of stone for drop-off loop and temporary laydown area which is next to the Buildings and Grounds Lot
• Weather dependent demolition of dugouts, fencing, and scoreboard
• Fencing installation dependent on schedule
• Tree removals, stump grinding, and hauling off tree remains

Boiler Room:

• Temporary safety fencing installation outside of the boiler room
• Mechanical and Plumbing piping disconnections
• Electrical disconnections

Twelve Corners Middle School

STEAM Suite:

• Wall painting 
• Millwork installation
• Flooring and stair tread installation
• Mechanical piping  
• Electrical wire pulling
• Lighting installation
• Assembling furniture

Stairwells:

• Stairwell flooring installation

Elevator:

• Electrical card reader programming
• Electrical connections and testing
• Flooring installation

French Road Elementary School

Exterior Canopy:

• Weather dependent, installation of canopy drainage and building signage

Main Lobby:

• Door hardware installation if material is onsite

Please note that our schedules are always subject to change based on many factors and opportunities including manpower, material availability, and weather.

Brighton Central School District construction projects will follow the local Town of Brighton Construction Noise Ordinance Hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Friday. Please anticipate that there may be varying loud noise between those hours to allow for construction to advance.
